Hello all ... I have to yell this as softly as I can .... I got a regular mensy. I have not had a regular one in seven years or more... before it would go on for ever I had 3 transfusions because of it ..... and they just didn't know what to do. I started to use maca powder for about a month none stop. I started with 1 tablespoon a day and then increased to 2 a day. Then it happened and it went away. I am so so so so so happy that this worked I thought I was lining myself up for a fourth transfusion.

Happy dance .....

ok maca powder is a purvian root vegetable that has been used for hundreds of years in S. America to assist with as they call it female problems. It regulates hormone imbalences without it being a hormone. It can also be taken by men to boost there drive as well... ladies one regular .....next ovulation and then pregnant. I am on a mission. Look it up on the web.... all I can say is the powder is stronger than the pills and make sure it is pure........ no additives ......and I have not had no real side effects. Don't take close to bedtime it will keep you up.
