I was checking out some of the MFP add-ons the other day and I found this iPhone app called Striiv. It uses the accelerometer in the phone for a pedometer function, plus there is a game. Seriously guys, it's fun, and it works! I find myself printing out docs at the printer at the far end of the building, taking the long way to get to a destination, and more leg-stretch breaks (which also clears my head between tasks). There is also an option to add friends to a team for some friendly competition. The app is free and works without any of the other goodies they are selling.
