WeekEnd # 4 Challenge - Burn 1000 calories

Weekend is here once again!

It is time to get stay active over the next two days:) Remember we should be losing Pound a week and not many of us are consistently able to do this. This means more efforts are needed! Lets push ourselves hard on this weekend and try to burn minimum 1000 calories and if you burn more then chances are you will have better results on your week 4 weigh in:)

Smartie is kindly maintaining the stats for the calories burnt over the weekend and I hope all of us should be able to produce higher number than the earlier weeks:) LETS BEGIN!!

    My cousin turns 30 tomorrow so...... I think I really need this challenge. Vacation house, cookie cake, homemade pizza, and lots of alcohol. Its going to be. Rough week, but I'm determined to make my pound this week.

    I'm getting an exercise bike this weekend, so I'm hoping my homework/reading time will be spent cycling!
    I'm planning on actually completing the challenge this weekend :D

    I'm not joining in this weekend due to a bad cold and chest infection, I get winded just walking up the stairs :(

    We have also invited few guests tomorrow and as a gesture of being good host I will be eating with them, the full meals:tongue: I definitley need to burn as much calories as I can. We all need to do it. BURN EM:explode:

    Saturday, 225 calories. I will burn the remaining tomorrow!! It ihas been snowing all day long and not possible to walk/jog in 8 inches of snow! Tomorrow weather prediction is also not different, not sure how I will burn the remaining. May be my old friend elliptical will come in handy!

    700 calories burned today! Only 300 to go. I'll take a relaxing walk outside or on treadmill tomorrow and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! :bigsmile:
