    Although I continue to loose it seem to be at a slower pace. Be glad when spring is here and I can get back outside. Have a good week everyone.

    Current weight as of today: 140.6

    I've changed over to the EM2WL plan, and I'm struggling a bit to find my sweet spot with my calories. I've been doing this for three weeks now and have maintained at almost 1800 calories a day. However, the numbers say I should be losing because this is about a 12-13% cut off my TDEE. No change in measurements either. I'm trying to determine if I should change something or wait it out a bit longer.

    My last weigh in here was on 1/4 at 227.8

    Currently I am weighing it at 223.2. So that is down 4.6... pretty good i guess.
