I'm new to this site by about a week. Im enjoying the experience but am needing to broaden my support chain.

    Welcome from West Georgia! I am a returning member. Hopefully, I will stay with it this time. Do a few searches in groups for people with similar weight loss goals, age, interests, etc. Watch the posts to see ones that interest you and then friend request. You will be surprised with how much support you find!
