Week 2 Of Challenge

Morning All,

Well this week I'm very disappointed as only lost 1lb this week, so that's 4lb in total - but have 3 more weeks to lose the 5lb to meet the challange!

How have you all done?

    I'm now at 5lb lost, pending tomorrow's weigh in. Had some water retention issues that I hope I am fixing by drinking LOTS and LOTS (of water, not, y'know, gin!)

    Ha! Ha! I would love a drink of water of the alcohol variety......not had one all year (so far), which is extremely unusual for me!

    It's been up, it's been down, it's been up again and it's been down again ...and this morning it was the same as last week!
    Bah humbug.

    Still down just 1lb, 155 to 154 in 2 weeks.

    Total lost: 2 lbs 

    I really want to be at 135 by valentines day, but my stomach is flatter than last week, I have more energy and my arms, legs and butt are more toned than before. So hopefully I'll hit my goal, but if not it won't be so bad!

    I just want to say don't be disheartened if you aren't losing enough to make the 9lb, you don't fail the group if you don't! I love these groups because they're a motivation crutch. If you lose 1 lb or 9 you're still a winner and we'll all be happy for you. You're all doing so well anyway!!


    In saying that! I am still participating hahaha I just took a break from MFP and went to my sisters house as well for a while! I took a bit of a break from counting calories as well. In fact I took a complete break and eased up on my diet so I'm not surprised I've put a little back on. Doesn't matter :)


    Starting weight : 77.3 kg / 170.4 lb
    Week 1, 20th Jan :
    Week 2, 27th Jan : 77.8 kg / 171.5 lb
    Week 3, 3rd Feb :
    Final, 10th Feb :


    Current loss: -0.5 kg (1.1 lb)
    Remaining loss: 4.5 kg / 10.1 lb

    Time to up the cardio I think!!

    Its great to see the progress you guys are having. Tracking on MFP has been great so far and so has been being a part of this community.. it is great motivation to stay on track.
    Here' my progress
    Start: 71.5 kg
    Week 1 7th Jan: 71.1 kg
    Week 2 14th Jan: 70.7 kg
    Week 3 21st Jan: 70.4 kg
    Week 4 27th Jan: 70.1 kg

    So, not sure if I will make it to 5 pounds by Valentines but I still have two weeks to go so fingers crossed!
