I got my 7.5k kettlebell from tesco on boxing day for £13 and iv used it a handul of times which is terrible! Im using 30 day shred daily and another Jillian michaels dvd (banish fat boost metabolism - 50mins) 2-3 days a week right now. When shred is done in 12 days Im going to get to the kettlebell with fitnessblender.com workouts. They have a begginers 20-30 min workout on their site which I did the second circuit and gave up lol
Im going to do that 3 days a week and my BFBM dvd 3 days a week. Have a look at the videos as theyr really good

Hey, I use a 20kg and have done on and off for a year. Definitely a good investment I think. In Tim Ferris book, he suggests if you could do just one exercise then the 2 hand swing would be the one to go for. I think if you can do more than 30 consecutive swings you need to go up a weight. I aim for a total of 100 twice a week (about 15 mins per sesh) and it should condition everything from calves to thighs to core to shoulders. Even claims can help bad posture.

    Hope that helps :)
