I sometimes work out 2x in a day and burn 700...does that count if it's two workouts, one day?0

I burned 799 calories yesterday in an hour and 20 minutes:
Treadmill - 12 min run at 7 mph
70 lbs front squats (3 set, 10 reps)
Leg press:
245 lbs - 10 reps
285 lbs- 2 sets, 10 reps
315 lbs - 8 reps
Goblet Squats - 30 lbs. - 3 sets, 10 reps
TRX - One Leg workout
Jump Squats / Burpees to pushups - 3 sets, 10 reps
Elliptical for 18 minutes (Random, level 9)0 -

I did the same thing... 2x workouts to equal the 700. I think I would fall over if I tried to do it all at once. :noway:0

Ok I'll admit, I've only met the goal for this challenge once this week. I've been working out, but just haven't had the time to "give it my all." I'm planning on reaching the goal of 700 calories again today. So far 221 down...0

Well it's Sunday so I'll check in how I did on the challenge!
Monday: 467
Tuesday: 252
Wednesday: 724
Thursday: 241
Friday: 0
Saturday: 0
Sunday: 715
So I made the workout 5 days part (= But only 2 of them were 700. WOW is it hard to burn 700 calories in 1 day! Looking forward to seeing how everyone else did this week.0 -
I started strong...but didn't come through the challenge in the end.
Monday - 728
Tuesday - 852
Wednesday - 784

Friday - 275

In order to get to 700 calories, I had to workout 2 times a day. During the week I went to the gym on my lunch hour and then went to the gym or did a workout at home after work. It is tough burning 700 calories. By Wednesday, my muscles were soooo sore!!!0 -
It is all about pushing yourself to your limits and each of you tried! WTG!!0
