    Oh dear. I haven't done burpees since middle school. They were killer! I guess it is time for a few sets. I will do so while at the gym today! I will even write it on my wrist to remember :grumble: *stupid burpees*

    I am suuuch a newbie at all these sorts of things, and can't do a push up to save my life! Buuut, I did find a video to help train to be able to do a full burpee in a series of moves.. I think I will try that, and one day, I can do this full challenge!

    Combat day.... burpees done on Super Trainer day... will be aiming to do two more than I did last time (or at least get the ones I am doing to be in better form!)

    With 20 Second Fitness I do burpees several times a week. After a year, these still hurt, take my breath away, and I do these slow. But the burpees are effective.
