I am impressed with the no weight loss this week. Yet I do know the pub food at a friend's birthday this weekend is a factor. I won't bummed about it for too long. Fresh week. Fresh opportunity to get up and get to work.

I didn't lose any weight this week :sad: but I will not get discouraged!! I will keep trying and get more exercise in. I had to work every day this week and I don't think I got the intensive walking in that I normally do. This week isn't starting out any better, but I will keep working at it!!! I know I ate right, even with a delayed Christmas dinner and a birthday party this past weekend, so I must be patient with myself!!!0 -
You are doing grreat! It's so hard to not look back. Keep going for the Gold you can do it!!!

I totally stopped eating healthy and exercising. I eat what I want now and don't really track it, but it's not like I ate junk in the first place. I'm now back to losing weight since doing this and I'm even starting to feel a bit better. I'm thinking about joining a walking group in my area, but that's about it for healthful choices. Going to go finish off the rest of the strawberry frozen yogurt. Yay metabolism! If you only eat when your stomach growls, you lose weight no matter what you eat. Found that out the hard way, goodbye dieting. ^_^

Yesterday, was my birthday and I ate a free Rooty Tooty pancake breakfast at IHOP for my birthday breakfast. It was delicious, but high cal. Oh well, birthday's are only once a year so live a little. Back on my daily cals, but I still managed to lose some weight which is good. I finished up 30 Day Shred and Monday, began 6week 6pack and really like that workout and will be doing that for the next 6 weeks also by Jillian Michaels.0 -
