Hey,
I wanted to go ahead and post a thread for everyone's official weigh-in on Sunday, January 27, 2013.
DO NOT POST YOUR RESULTS UNTIL SUNDAY PLEASE.
When you post, you will need to provide your previous weight, current weight, and height to calculate percentage weight loss.
How to Calculate %: To calculate Weight loss percentage:
1. Original Weight minus Current Weight
2. Now divide your answer by your Original Weight then multiply by 100
Example: 145lbs - 130lbs = 15lbs then (15/145) x 100 = 10%

Over in Singapore is already Sunday, so here goes
1. 78kg - 76.5kg = 1.5kg (abt 3.3lbs)
2. 1.5 / 78 x 100% = 1.9%0 -
I lost 3.3 pounds this week, percentage of weight loss is 1.80%
Previous weight was 183.7 lbs, current weight 180.4 lbs.0 -

:-( Well mine didn't go so well. Stayed under my food calories, but allergies had me sucking on cough drops constantly. ( probably should have calculated those calories :-)) Any way I started at 188.4 - 191.2 = up 2,8 pounds.
Doc has me on Antibiotics now so I will kick it into gear again and give it another try!:-) Still looking for those first 3 pounds to come off.. Question.... Should I now set my first hopefully loss at 5 pounds sine this week was a gain? What do you guys think?0 -
