hi im a mum of two small children x I have decided to start a new diet and would like any help anyone can offer x its time I started thinking of my kids and got some of this weight off! I am 14 stone and in a size 18! at age 21, I would like to go back to a size 12 again as I was pre pregnancy x it will be hard and take a long time but I am going to give it a go x anyone else in my shoes and want to share toughts and help ? could do with the support :) xx

    Hi im also a mum of 1 little princess and i started at 14 stone 3lbs and a size 18, I have lost 17lbs and 1 dress size so far. Im hoping to get into a size 10. Feel free to add me on here as a friend xx
