I can't find 30 Day Shred under exercise

I can't figure out how to track the 30 day shred on my exercises, I've tried to look it up, and type in 30 day shred and I'm just not finding it anywhere

Just curious.......how many calories did everyone burn? I know everyone's will be different but I only burned 198 and that seems kinda low for myself =/

I was in the same boat as you - no HRM. I put in: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort for 18 minutes and it came up with 180 calories which is what most folks are around who have the HRM.....works for me and it's free! LOL

My HRM says I burned 208 calories, so 198 seems about right.
I feel likei should be burning so much more, I guess this is why some people don't really lose lbs with this. If you are not supplementing with something else or watching your caloric intake you aren't burning enough calories to lose lbs.
