my scale is so frustrating! it says i'm 210 for a bit, then i stand on it a second later and its at like 218...hahah i suppose i'll just assume it the higher weight. but still, it would be nice if it was consistent!

    What kind of scale is it, digital or the dial type? If there is that much of a discrepancy, I would say weigh 5 times and take the average, better yet...get a new digital scale that also monitors fat.

    Sounds like it might be time for a new scale. Scales lose calibration after several months of use. I know this sounds crazy but also the way you stand on the scale will determine how the scale reads. Honestly though, if you can afford it buy a new scale.

    The scale at my publix is accurate and is a good way to not always be checking at my house all the time just every few days when i pick up some fresh foods.
