    Hm. I messed up my own numbers in the spreadsheet, one cell didn't add the previous week correctly. I am so low this month, almost at the mileage at my injured period. I am hoping to make the minimum, 50 and that will be my new goal. Next month (Feb), I am actually going to pick it up where I was before, and set it at 100.

    I have to finish posting my runs from last week, do you want me to do it here or on the previous week's thread?

    I will put it here for simplicity:
    1/21 - Rest Day
    1/22 - 5 miles
    1/23 - rest day (unplanned :mad: )
    1/24 - 5 miles
    1/25 - 5 miles
    1/26 - 3 miles
    1/27 - due to my running buddy's injury, I rode 40 miles on my bike instead of a long run. I know it doesn't count towards my runnning mileage, but I did something I have never done before and it felt great!
    So, less the 40 miles on the bike, I think my MTD is 117 miles with two more days left !! I did it!!

    but I'll be on the track team, so.. maybe 100? not sure!!

    I put you down for 100, then you can change it if it is not aligned with the combination of track. I did track in college, I :heart: 'd it! Have fun!
