Hm. I messed up my own numbers in the spreadsheet, one cell didn't add the previous week correctly. I am so low this month, almost at the mileage at my injured period. I am hoping to make the minimum, 50 and that will be my new goal. Next month (Feb), I am actually going to pick it up where I was before, and set it at 100.0

1/21 - Rest Day

1/23 - rest day (unplanned :mad: )
1/24 - 5 miles

1/26 - 3 miles
1/27 - due to my running buddy's injury, I rode 40 miles on my bike instead of a long run. I know it doesn't count towards my runnning mileage, but I did something I have never done before and it felt great!
So, less the 40 miles on the bike, I think my MTD is 117 miles with two more days left !! I did it!!0 -
