It's time for week 5 weigh in already!!
I totallyforgot to weigh myself this morning until after I ate, so I'm using yesterdays weight of 210.4. I had an awful week of eating though, so I'm not too upset!!

I lost 3lbs this past week. Though my ticker is still showing none because my starting weight was higher than I thought because of my old scale.0

I am very happy with my loss this week. I set a goal to lose 1 lb and Iost 1.8. I was under my calories goal and did not have any fast food or soda this week. I was drinking (diet) soda most days and having fast food a couple times a week (sometimes more). I am setting the goal to lose at least 1 lb this week too and to continue with being under my calorie goal and not eating fast food and soda. I also started a side challenge to not eat dessert. I started January 25th and I am going to do it until March 25th. I am only going to eat dessert five times in that period of time. Once on Valentine's Day and on my birthday and then 3 other times. I haven't had any dessert since before last Friday.feel free to join me!

Hey ladies sorry i've been missing for the last week but i'm still here. My entire house has been sick with the flu for the last 2 weeks but we are finally starting to feel a bit better.
