I'm a 55 year old grandma - trying to get back into shape. I have been using my Treadmill the past 3 months and have lost 26lbs so far. I use to do some weight training. By some, I mean, using 5lb bells and making up what I did as I went. Is there a good DVD out there that I should try to get me started ?
Thanks for your help.

I don't know of any DVD's but I felt compelled to give you credit for losing 26 pounds. Good job!! that's commitment.

    Agreed. Great job!

I haven't read it, but lots of ladies on MFP like The New Rules of Lifting For Women. You might want to check that out.

I can't recommend a DVD, but I like bodybuilding.com for info. This page has some good workouts (towards the bottom):

Feel free to add me! I strength train 3 - 4 times a week, and I'll gladly share what I do.
