Hurt my ankle at some point yesterday so jumping jacks & rope sucked a bit. Did a little one-legged rope haha. Hopefully it's just the weather.
Side lunge & sholder raises still sick.

    Done! Needed some motivation this morning but got it done..its always hard to start off but I try to finish strong :) 27 days left!

    Rest day today... did HIIT style on the treadmill for 35 minutes instead followed by weight lifting. WTG everyone!

    I dont take rest days from a 20 min workout, so i just woke up, gonna have breakfast and than gonna kill day 6
