Complete!
Hurt my ankle at some point yesterday so jumping jacks & rope sucked a bit. Did a little one-legged rope haha. Hopefully it's just the weather.
Side lunge & sholder raises still sick.

Rest day today... did HIIT style on the treadmill for 35 minutes instead followed by weight lifting. WTG everyone!0
