Cardio abbs help!

hello my fello Insane people
i am near the end of week 4 on Pure Cardio and cardio abbs.
tonight while doing my workout ( cardio abbs right after pure cardio) during the jumps where you crunch you elbows to your knees in the air....i cannot remember the name! it felt like someone ripped my abdomen off! it hurt so damn much! i powered through though and finished as best as i could but my planks were not good as it hurt to hold to long. and the c sit, knee in leg lifts where soooo not happening. I did my best though.
my question is do i need to redo this workout tomorrow. i did about 70 - 80 present of the workout but i feel like i have failed so close to the end of the first month.
also why has thus happened? the last two times hurt but nothing like this. could it be bad form. i have had long day ( walked about 10 mile while been very active with my daughter) maybe just warn out? i dunno. any tips on how to improve this

I wouldn't re-do it, rest the muscles especially if you pulled something.
It sounds like it could have been bad form or just over worked, I would stretch them out really well now and again before you have Cardio Abs.0 -
^^ agree. rest it out.
Could just be over worked.
Get lots of water and do some tummy stretches and see how you feel. depending on the pain, get a Dr to confirm if its a pulled muscle. training on it could make it much worse.0 -
