Less than 2 hours...but it's still Wellness Wednesday! One of my favorite topics related to health and fitness....in other words..."wellnes"...is SLEEP. Don't we all love it?! And we can't get enough of it fo some reson. Really...most people don't get enough sleep. And that's not ngood. Sleep is wonderful for us. Our Creator has provided a beautiful means of replenishment for us.
