A few buddies and I are starting a new Meetup group for Indy low-carbers, if there is any interest on here. I've had tremendous success with such a lifestyle change in terms of not only weight loss (and maintenance) but overall health (I was one of Mark's Daily Apple's Friday success stories) and have found that I'm not alone in that.
