30DS + Extra exercises?

Hey fellow 30DS Friends! I just joined this group, Ive had this DVD for about 5 years...and pretty sure i never did it more than 4 times.
I did DAY 1 level 1 on wednesday January 30.

But, I also am a member of a boot camp class 2-3 times a week. SO with that being said, I will only be doing 30DS. 3-4 times a week.

Is anyone else incorporating other exercises/classes into their routine?

The bootcamps are pretty close to a 30 DS work out, just 45min of pain instead!:wink:

    I'm also incorporating in walking (about 6 miles a day) and yoga a couple of times a week for flexibility. I would say your substituting one very difficult workout for another one, so even trade!

    When I did 30DS last month and in the past, I incorporated walking and light jogging. This time around, I will be on the treadmill (running) doing HIIT or basically interval training.

    I am doing c25k as well, so I am on L1D8 today

    I do 30 days shred in the morning, right after i do hiphop abs and in the evening i do les mills combat, burned 1352 cals today

    I'm doing Couch to 5K, and may even throw in a Spin class or two each week if I have the time.
