Although the pushups go easier now i hate them more and more, who thinks of that to start that after the warmup

Day 5 logged! I am wondering if my form on dumbbell rows is correct. Jillian says it is a back exercise, but I feel nothing in my back.
    Any suggestions or thoughts?

when you lean forward, make sure your shoulders arent shrugged. aka: wearing them as earrings, keep your head looking forward. really concentrate on the actual muscle you are working.keep your back straight
any way you can work out infront of a mirror? i do that so I can keep an eye on my form

Thanks for the tips. I can have hubby watch my form and check to see if my back muscles are working.

lol i dont feel anything in my thights at all, more in my arms, but it is overall focussed on cardio and burning cals so thats ok, i burn around 260-280 cals in 1 workout.

and yeah for its getting easier

Try upping to five. I use 5 except during the chest flies. I used 5s the last time and found my rotator cuff hurt too much, so I use my fives except during chest flies.
