Hi BWLW Ladies! Are you joining us for our February Weight Loss Challenge?
This month we will focus on and commit to 3 main GOALS:
We will commit to “Eating Clean”.
We will keep a food diary of EVERYTHING we eat for 3 WEEKS – Feb 4 – 24, 2013
We will commit to exercising 5 days per week for a minimum of 45 minutes per day.
Many of the members will be tracking their food intake right here on My Fitness Pal.

I'm in. I really enjoyed the green smoothie challenge. Looking forward to more results with this months challenge.0

I lost 30 pounds with exercise and my fitness pal, but unfortunately even though I continue to exercise I stopped losing weight as soon as I stopped having a food diary on my fitness pal. The good news is that I haven't gained any weight. I am ready for this challenge. It is long overdue.0

Hey ladies I'm up for the challenge....but I know its going to be hard for me to keep a food diary and do all this logging of meals and exercises but I'm gonna try!!! Good luck0
