Week 2 Weigh-In Results (Sunday) 2/3/2013

Options
Post your official weigh-in, Sunday, February 3, 2013.

DO NOT POST YOUR RESULTS UNTIL SUNDAY PLEASE.

When you post, you will need to provide your previous weight and current weight to calculate percentage weight loss.

How to Calculate %: To calculate Weight loss percentage:

1. Original Weight minus Current Weight

2. Now divide your answer by your Original Weight then multiply by 100

Example: 145lbs - 130lbs = 15lbs then (15/145) x 100 = 10%

Good Luck!

    Original Weight - 81.7 Kg(180.1 pounds) (Monday 28 Jan 2013)
    Current Weight - 79.6 Kg (175.5)(Sunday morning 3 Feb 2013)

    Kg lost - 2.1
    Pounds lost - 4.6
    Percentage loss - 2.57%

    Can hardly believe it! But results were slightly skewed due to female body functions last week (had showed a .2 kg gain last week).

    I got on the scale this morning and started laughing. I weigh exactly the same that I did last week!

    previous=140.8

    current=140.8

    percentage=0%

    I'm going to try and stay positive and think that at least I didn't gain any weight! Guess I need to change things up a bit this coming week.

    Okay,had a much better week.

    I first started trying to lose weight at 198 but stated with the group at 191.

    todays I weight 185.. much better than weel 1 :-)

    so for the group 191-185=6 pounds

    6/191x 100 = 3%

    info for me:

    198 -185 = 13pounds
    13/198 x100 = 6.5%

    Happy day!

    Lets keep it going folks! :-)

    Great work all! And @red128, seeing it as "not a gain" is the best way to look at it. Our bodies are very interesting machines and I've been surprised at the ways the scale has fluctuated over the past month, however as long as the general trend stays on a downward path, you've got to be doing something right ;)

    LW: 194.8
    CW: 193.4
    loss: 1.4 lbs

    194.8-193.4 = 1.4 lbs (1.4/197) X 100 = 0.71 % this week

    Not as much of a loss, but its still a loss. That's all I can think about right now. A month ago, I was in plateau mode and couldn't lose even that much. So I'll take 1.4 lbs loss and just be happy.
