So the scale is great and all, but the day to day up and down of up one down one can be disheartening.
I had my wife take my measurements yesterday and was happy to find an inch off in most places that we measure.
Granted it had been a long time since i last took those numbers, so who knows when the fall off happened...but who cares down is down and I will take it!
She and I have both decided that we will now break out the tape on the first of every month.

I rely much more on the tape than the scale, but my ferret of a daughter got hold of mine, and I can't find it now to do my monthly measurements!0

I've found myself weighing in less and less as well. Instead, I rely on the way my clothes fit and how I feel. I admit I'll break the scale out when I'm confident I'll be happy with the number I see though
