I do a 4 day routine on 5/3/1 so fit them into one of the days not lifting. I usually do bench, squats, OHP in a row and then complexes on the 4th day with a full rest before deadlift day. I do very low weights and try to keep the sets high on the complexes though. May not be the best way of scheduling but it's really the only way I can fit them in.

i would definitely keep my complexs light. i understand it's more for explosive movements and muscle confusion.

I do them after my main lifts (I split the main lifts over 3 days, including barbell row and have 4 days off)

Currently I run the 2 day program. I perform my complexes/conditioning every Saturday.

I do complexes on the non-lifting days. Ideally I try to avoid them the day before a leg day. I'm generally too spent to even think about doing them after a regular lifting day.

I realize this thread is a bit old, but to quote Wendler when asked where to put complexes in your workout...

"After your workout. Or in the trash can."

I put my complexes at the end of the workout to really maximize fat loss, and to increase my workload.
