    I'm down 1 lb this week, might have been more if I had not splurged on supper bowl food. I made it healthy but ate to much.:ohwell: This is a new week and I know I can do much better, Have a fit and healthy week.:happy:

    Up 2# but I have been sick with bronchitis all week so I am hoping this is the cause. Really haven't changed my eating so will make sure to be extra careful this week. Hoping for healing as well since I really hate having this cough!
