This is just to help keep us all motivated to lose weight in February. I did this last month with another group & it seemed to really help. Just list your SW, CW, & GW. Then type in your weight on each of your weigh in days. Feel free to post how you'll reward yourself after losing those five pounds this month.

I managed to do the 5lbs already... I've got a lot to lose, so it's not surprising to lose that much over 2 weeks for me.
