Less than 2 hours...but it's still Wellness Wednesday! One of my favorite topics related to health and fitness....in other words..."wellnes"...is SLEEP. Don't we all love it?! And we can't get enough of it fo some reson. Really...most people don't get enough sleep. And that's not ngood. Sleep is wonderful for us. Our Creator has provided a beautiful means of replenishment for us.

well, i wasn't really trying to put the article to a test, but only slept about 3 hours last night and my "ghrelin" is definitely acting up!! I have been hungry ALL DAY!!! ok, have cut up some carrots & celery so at least i'll have something to munch on when the next hunger pain strikes!! and happy for exercise class tonight, at least i'll be out of the house (and kitchen!) for awhile!!! :drinker:
