Favorite Work Out Music

I'm always looking for great work out music. OLD or NEW doesn't matter. It just has to pump me up and make me want to MOVE. Name 2 or 3 of your current work out favs.

My current likes:

- My Delirium - Ladyhawke
- Sabotage - Beastie Boys
- The Logical Song - Scooter

I tend to run very loud (read: metal) music to block out the gym's system as they seem to take delight in bombarding us with Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber. Grrrrr! The current favourites are:

Sabaton: Metal Crue (from Attero Dominatus)
Nightwish: Over The Hills & Far Away (cover, live version from End of an Era)
    Within Temptation: Iron (from Unforgiving)
    Eluvietie: Luxtos (from Helvetios)

Mostly industrial or metal, but also the Fratellis get me going for a workout sometimes. I think because I associate them with songs that we used to play to get pumped up before hockey games :)
  • Fall Out Boy, Anberlin and Panic at the Disco mostly when I'm running but I listen to almost anything.
