I've never posted a photo here before, so here goes.
This is my "Super Awesome Magic Motivational T (mother f***ing) Shirt" that I wear for weigh ins. I write motivational quotes and stuff on it when I am feeling down and decorate it when I am feeling good and just record little bits of my journey on it. I know, it's cheesy, but so what I also record my weight from weigh-ins on it. 1 -
BTW, that's obviously my before picture. I don't have an after one... YET!!!! Sorry it's so big.

A lot of people don't have a good before picture (mostly because we don't really want to remember what we looked at "before"). But, it is important to take those pictures. So you can remember how much weight you've lost and how much your body is changing.0 -

I hate this picture of myself. I have no chin/neck. It's all cheek to my chest. And my apron is too little. Ugh. This was me 10lbs ago at my all time highest weight.

No shower before work, no contacts, and after 12 hour ER shift. Whew. But I wanted to get it up. LOL. That sounded bad. I'm delirious... AND IT'S A BATHROOM MIRROR PICTURE! My boyfriend is 800 miles away, oh well. No picture taker. :laugh:

My one month update: 15 pounds down.
The left ones are January, and the right ones are February. I think I can see some difference in my belly and maybe my face.

There is a link in the first post with detailed instructions. But in a nutshell:
Post the picture somewhere (photobucket.com, a blog, Picasa, etc.)
Open the picture in a separate tab or window.
Copy the URL (that address that starts with http://..........)
In a new message, type
There will be no spaces between the0 -
Type what? It shows a box with question mark in it0
