Still around but not doing so hot on losing weight. I look at myself in the mirror, or see cute clothes that I used to be able to wear and I get depressed. I tell myself today is the day I am going to change. I start the day off pretty good but by the end of the day I am tired and stressed and all I want to do is eat. Wishing I had more self control. How are you guys doing?0
