In diets that i've done in the past, I used various tricks to help with hunger cravings. I've used the lemon and water trick, the apple cider vinegar trick, and snacking on apple and cinnamon slices. Does anyone know of anything else that's worked for them or for someone else?

Fiber and protein seem to be the factors that help something stick with me for longer. Also, avoid high fructose corn syrup, which seems to make me hungrier than before I ate it in half an hour or so.
