A little frustrated because after 10 weeks of HIIT Boot Camp 5 days a week along with about 8 hours a week of cardio, my before and after pictures look exactly the same!!!
Grrrrr. I'm very small. 5'1'' and right around 100 pounds. 25% bodyfat. I gained a few pounds and definitely more toned to the touch.... less flab and more muscle. But, it would be nice if it was noticeable in photos.
Trying to be patient and pressing on...

After 10 weeks of all the hard work, you may not see a difference, but your heart thanks you for all the work you've done.
Being fit is as much internal as external.0 -

I think I gained a lot of muscle. Had NONE before.
I think I just need to press on and continue eating clean and lifting. I certainly feel better than I did 10 weeks ago.0
