Question on behalf of my wife

My wife has been doing turbofire every day for a month now, only missing 1 yoga workout. We both eat clean (3 - 4 meals a day) and drink water, Herbalife shake for breakfast and green tea etc and she had 1 cheat day in the month. She is a petite 33 and trying to get down from 57kg - 54kg.
Its not a massive weight loss but wants to get rid of excess weight before summmer. Unfortunately she hasn't had any movement in weight or inches in the month. She does workouts in evening after work and we eat a clean balanced meal within half an hour after working out.
Has anyone else had similar slow results to start with as looking for some motivation to keep her going for final few weeks.
Any help appreciated.

In the first 3 weeks I didn't lose any weight on the scale, but I lost tons of inches. Maybe see if you are losing inches, or if the clothes are fitting better? I'm about a month in as well and I lost about 2 lbs (or 1 kg).
57kg to 54kg I think is about a 7 lb loss, so since she doesn't have a lot to lose, it might come off slower. I have a little more to lose, 25 lbs or about 10kg.
Have her try taking measurements would be the best advice I have. Good luck!0
