Five Mile Fat Burning Walk

The Five Mile Fat Burning Walk is my favorite Leslie DVD. It consists of 5 -1 mile workouts each with "boosted walking." It's just walking -- no weights, no bands.

I've had this DVD for about 3 years. In that time I've done many combinations of the miles but never all 5 miles in one sessions -- until today!!! YAY!!!! I'm guessing that my current weight loss program is giving me the extra energy I needed to make that last mile!

    I love this walk. I found it on YouTube and do 1-3 miles out of it at a time. I hope to one day complete all 5 miles. WTG, I bow to you. :smile:

    I love this one too. It is free on Youtube if anybody wants to try it. At first the last mile was a killer if you do all 5 miles together, but it gets easier the more times you do it.

    This was my favorite, until I found the Walk Slim 4 mile walk. I have been doing that one for a week or so now. I also like the Power series Walk/Jog...

    It's my favourite walk too. I just wish there were water breaks built into it. No bands, no weights, just straight up walking-I love it. And I also like her cooling off and stretches at the end.

    This is one of my all-time favorites, too. Sometimes I do the whole thing, sometimes I use a couple of miles to supplement other workouts. I love how quickly each mile goes by!

    CONGRATS for hitting all 5! Great accomplishment!
  • Just did the 1st mile tonight... haven't done this dvd in along while, can't wait to work up to all 5 miles!

    Hmmm...I'll have to look into this one; I have the Advanced Five Mile with the stretchy, weights and weight belt. I haven't done the whole five miles in a very long time and I did today!
