Week 3 Weigh-In Results (Sunday) 2/10/2013

Post your official weigh-in, Sunday, February 10, 2013.

DO NOT POST YOUR RESULTS UNTIL SUNDAY PLEASE.

When you post, you will need to provide your previous weight and current weight to calculate percentage weight loss.

How to Calculate %: To calculate Weight loss percentage:

1. Original Weight minus Current Weight

2. Now divide your answer by your Original Weight then multiply by 100

Example: 145lbs - 130lbs = 15lbs then (15/145) x 100 = 10%

    So . . . I'm the same I was last week!!! 0% lost!

    Two weeks in a row at the same! Once again, I'll take it that I haven't gained. I did end up having functions this week where I had to eat out more than I wanted to, 3x. I did try to eat healthy at the restaurants. However, I'm going to take a serious look at my eating and exercising today so I can get past this number. I know my body can do it because I've weighted 15 lbs less before and felt amazing.

    I am up 4 pounds...man alive. While I am upset I am not surprised. Last week there was no tracking, no exercise...nothing....
    That is okay...this week I am back on track. I owe this to myself.

    194.8-(+195.2) = (+)1.8 lbs (1.8/197) X 100 = 0.009 % GAIN this week

    I am so flustered.. almost 5 weeks of plateau and now this. I have reset my MFP settings and we shall see how well it works out. TOM is awful but I should have lost, since TOM was over by Sat.
