I did not do as well as I would have like this week. My goal for this week is to focus on eating better every single day and kicking it up a notch for working out. Does anyone else struggle with not letting your spouse/significant other influence what you eat?0

For the first time I did great. Really buckled down ate right exercised and saw the results. Was able to lose 5lb this week. Excited that I am out of the 200's!0

I had an amazing week! Workout out like crazy and ate great! I lost 1.5 lbs this week, which put me right into a healthy BMI...first time in 8 years I've been considered a healthy weight!!!!0
