    Yay! Half Way there! Okay, so I did not do yesterday, my feet and hips were too sore, but I did 2 workouts of 30DS to make up for it! One a day is enough! :-)

    Day five logged! Left leg balance is improving. I only had to rebalance once during the military press with leg raise.
