Hi
i started insanity last week but my diet was really bad (i was comfort eating because i had to put my cat to sleep, and i didnt even know he was ill) i weighed myself this week and havent lost anything, i was wondering if people would suggest that i start week 1 over or just keep going and stick to a better diet untill the end?
any advice would be greatly appreciated

Sorry for your loss, I hope you are coping. In my understanding, you are likely putting on muscle weight, so you may not see steep weight loss. Don't let that discourage you, however. Track your inches lost and take before and after pictures. Best of luck, and hope you are doing well!0

Hey Emma!
To be honest, I'd be surprised if you'd put on so many muscle weight in 1 week that you'd recognize it on the scale.
But having maintained your weight during 1 week of a really bad diet is not that bad, is it?
I would keep going and change your diet in week 2.0
