Some basics: I use baking soda to clean anything that needs scrubbing and vinegar for cleaning around the house. I use coconut oil to cook with and also have a jar in the bathroom to use as lotion, it emulsifies in your hands. I have used Coconut oil as massage oil and also to condition the ends of my hair or cuticles.
