How's it going? I have been doing it for about a month now. I feel great, losing weight, and I don't really ever feel hungry or overcome with junk food cravings!

I'm following it with the exception of soy milk in my coffee almost every single day...I'm trying to talk the coffe shop at work into carrying coconut milk just for me! haha
I don't know about a challenge, I was thinking if we got enough people together, we could have some kind of contest...0 -

That would be cool. Maybe we can do weekly challenges. Go through the Lean Secret book start to finish. Like, Week One Challenge: Lean Secret #1. Read Lean Secret 1, reflect, and practice "eliminating mental fat". Make daily posts of positivity. Use the ideas that Brenda talks about like, "...I want you to write down in BIG, BOLD letters, ―I, Jane Doe, DECIDE TO NOURISH MY BODY, MIND, & SPIRIT !!!‖ and tape it inside your fridge, pantry, and cabinets. Go ahead, do it now!!............."
More people need to know about Lean Secrets! lol Or this group anyway. Thank you for posting recipes on your blog! I can't wait to go to the grocery store to buy everything I need for the recipes.0
