Links to virtual cycling videos?

I was wondering if you all could save me some google time and offer up any links to online cycling videos? Not movies but rather training type videos like spinervals. I'm too cheap to buy another one and am wondering if there are any decent youtube videos out there.

I can't help with the freebies but I highly recommend Sufferfest videos. I don't know how the price compares to Spinervals because I haven't tried those. Just something to consider. Sufferfest.com0

Sufferfest is far better than Spinervals in my opinion. Music, footage, cadence, effort levels are all on the screen. If you get all the videos, you can almost follow a story line. In Spinervals, you watch other people riding spin bikes in weird locations. Not too exciting. Also, do you really want someone screaming at you for an hour. Sufferfest is much cheaper. You can buy all the videos for the price of maybe 4 Spinerval videos.0
