Hi Team.
I wanted to remind everyone that tomorrow is February 1st and I love to treat the first of the month like another New Years....so if you've struggled this last week and are thinking of giving up now is definitely not the time to do that.
Now is the time to recommit. Why wait another 330 days to restart the next January...make it now!!!
Whether you've had a good loss January or no loss at all use January to learn what worked for you and what didn't and make a new plan that you can start tomorrow.
Here is my February promise which I will post to our groups tag tomorrow:

YES EVERY MONTH IS A NEW BEGNING WE SHOULD ALL WRITE DOWN OUR GOALS FOR THIS MONTH!!! THAT WILL BE FUN...
SLEEP 8 HOURS DAILY
DRINK MORE WATER
MAKE MORE TIME TO EXERCISE
PAMPER MYSELF AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK0 -
I think I'll make February "water month". I need to develop a more healthy balance of water intake.0

My challenge for this month is to continue to GREATLY REDUCE my simple, white carb junk intake. I'm trying not to eat ANY but I know that I can have a little from time to time........ I started a couple of days ago and I have to say ...... I FEEL AMAZING!!!!! No carb crashes, no afternoon naps needed, so far I have TONS OF ENERGY!!! And the best part is I'm LOSING WEIGHT AGAIN!!!!
So for February, I just want to continue on this path of focusing on healthier eating........ As they say... you can't " WORK OUT" a BAD DIET!!!!0 -
Bump...saving this to come back and read later.0

I started requesting friends and posting, logging etc. around June/July '12. This experience has taught me so much! So, for February, without getting frustrated and with staying on track, I am going to:
drink 8-9 glasses of water a day--I am doing it sometimes, but not daily
log my 1500 calories--again, I am doing it sometimes, but not consistently
1 strength training a week class-signed up already, so no excuses
50-75 min of cardio a week-this is the hard part
There are 28 days in February. My friend who teaches personal fitness and is crazy into fitness says it takes 28 days to break a habit.
We can do this!!!0 -
I am working at HONESTLY tracking all my food., eliminating the junk, and focusing on the positive0

This week has not been good, so it is good to take a step back and regroup.
What I need to focus on this month is time management. School started back up this week, so two days a week I leave my house at 7:20 AM and don't get home until around 10:20 PM. Those days it's hard to stay on track with calories. Also, I have to find time to exercise, not just use the excuse of being tired all the time. I have to fit it all in - February is the month to get the routine down!0 -
I LOVE THIS! Thank you for posting this! I needed this! I have been struggling the past week or so with this. Stress, not being able to find a job, no money, etc is bringing on the Sads. This helps me put stuff in perspective LOL0
