I use coconut milk most of the time. I have recently tried the new flax milk- it tasted similar to soy milk..not bad.. but what really got my attention was the burst of energy each time I had some. must be the omega 3's.. I also feel really good the next day after I drink a whole can of full fat coconut milk plus several tbs of coconut oil but that seems hard to do everday at least for me.

I like unsweetened almond. I use it in my egg white protein shake every morning. I like the creamy consistency. However, I cook a lot with coconut milk. I saw coconut milk in a half gallon carton last night at the store! I think Silk makes it -- I couldn't believe that! I would have tried it but it was sweetened :( Def didn't need all that sugar.

I like Almond Breeze's Unsweetened Almond Milk. It's such a neutral sort of taste. I've used it for cereal as well as cooking to replace cow's mile with great success

I tried Silk's same product, but it was really thick. Maybe that's cuz someone lost the lid at my Mom's house...

Water. I love milk and drank it constantly growing up, but haven't seen a big reason to replace it.

In cooking my default is coconut milk but I generally don't use it as a milk replacement.

I still do dairy, but I wanted to weigh in anyway :)

I really like vanilla unsweetened almond milk. Also have you ever tried hazelnut milk? It's really neat! Add some cocoa and maybe a little sweetener and you have yourself a really cool hot chocolate!
