"Aunt Flow"

Some call it "Aunt Flow" and others just say "period." Well, I am having a hard time this week with cravings and feeling tired. It is hard to stay with in calories and get the right amount of exercise. Not to mention I am one of those who have weight gain with their period. Anyone has any ideas on how to prevent the cravings, tiredness, and the water weight?

Hi Soror! I have the same symptoms. LOL. I gain almost 10lbs when the Red Lady visits. This past time that didn't happen and what i did was kept away from all sodium. When she visits i allow my self the stuff i crave in moderation and within limit. Like chocolate. And also i work out but i make sure to go to bed earlier than normal. Good luck!0
