It's FITNESS FRIDAY! How's everyone doing toward the goal of 100 miles of activity? In the "Motivated to Wellness" Introduction, it talks about the 100 Mile Challenge (p6: "Let's Count Our Miles"), then on pages 255-256 are various activities that can count toward the goal, then you can chart your miles on the inside of the back cover!
Whether or not we count things like cooking, playing the piano, etc is TOTALLY up to each individual based on your own fitness level - we're running our OWN race (ref day 4, p15), so challenge YOURSELF and let's race to the finish!!
