TOO MUCH JUNK FOOD

Idk what the deal is but on Valentine's day I got LOADS of chocolate and I just went crazy with it! Ive been eating nothing but junk food and candy for the past four days! I am still working out but I used to be very motivated to avoid the junk food. Is there anything I can tell myself or something to stop myself from touching the junk food? My down fall is I'll look at the food and think to myself "Hey I only wanted to lose ten pounds and I've already lost eight so....i'm good...MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH" I really want to reach my goal and tone up before bikini season. HELP???

It's so hard to control myself around junk food. The only way to stop myself from eating it is to force myself to trash it.0

Thats a good plan! I've also decided to try punishment. Since I ate WAY too much junk food over Valentine's day. I am not allowed to have candy, ice-cream, cake, or cookies for one whole week. Also, for lent (religious time where you give up something) I am giving up cake altogether till Easter. I have had WAY too much cake in the past couple of weeks0

If you have any junk food left give it away to someone you think might want it. Giving that stuff away leaves you with the best feeling that you made a really good choice. Everytime I ever give away junk food I feel awesome for controlling myself and having discipline.0
