    Sorry guys - I totally failed the January challenge.

    Started again for February - 26 minutes today. I did a mix of jogging (9 min), rowing squats, parallel stretch and hula hoop. I find that hula hooping gets me sweatiest and feels most strenuous. I also played the penguin game.

    49 minutes today. burned 176 calories. strength training, yoga and boxing.

    595 minutes to go.

    Don't think i will make it unless there is a Wii at the sales meeting in Vegas during the last 6 days of the month. Kinda doubt it. :sad:

    This is for any activity on the Wii - Wii Fit, Wii Active, Zumba, DDR, etc.

    Ok so today is the 18th and I started the 6th. Not getting off to a good start since I have been working late. No excuses from now on! I have another 45 minutes of Yoga on the Wii so that's brings my total to 3.5 hours so far. I can still do this - just gonna take quite a bit of work. lol

    40 more minutes with yoga! That's 4 hours 10 minutes. Not gonna make it. lol - But gonna work on getting more:)

    I had my first session before work this morning. A couple of technical issues whilst doing the Advance Step (lost connection between the balance board and the console), so I got a bit of a rubbish score :smile: .

    Today’s session includes:

    4min – heading
    5min - ski slalom
    12mins – ski jump (best score 299m, only good enough for 4th) :)
    6mins - Bird’s eye bulls eye
    7mins – Obstacle Course (beat my top score 477pts)
    20mins – free jogging
    20mins – free step (my first try 1988 step : ) )

    Today’s total – 74 mins

    After wanting a Wii console for a long time, at the beginning of January I finally bought the console, Wii Sports/Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus/Balance Board, EA Sports Active, The Biggest Loser, Zumba Core, Just Dance 4 and a couple of other games. So glad I finally did, I am LOVING it. I am working out all the time now, don't have to worry about the Texas heat or worrying about other people watching me sweat in the gym (or paying for a gym...LOL). Go me!

    Did 30 minutes of Wii Fit Plus Yoga and 30 minutes of Bob and Jillian kicking my butt on The Biggest Loser game tonight. Woo hoo.

    Since I just found this group today, I went back and checked all of my Wii fitness for the month of Feb and between Wii Fit Plus, EA Sports Active and The Biggest Loser, I have done about 450 minutes of exercise.

    30 minutes of various Wii Fit Plus Aerobic exercises

    Last day of the month...
    Did 33 minutes of Wii Fit Yoga, 13 minutes of Advanced Step and 20 minutes of Free Step. Didn't quite meet the Feb challenge, but I joined this group late in the month. Will meet the challenge next month!! :happy:

    Woohoo! a challenge! Btw I'm new here ^^ I'm already on a challenge to be under 300 lbs on my birthday which is 57 days from now (I'm 316 so far ) wii fit is awesome! xD
